Nice. I’m planning on taking some lessons here in Colorado this winter. Hopefully I can get that good eventually.

Your poles are too short, meaning your body moves more unstable. It is always better to have a bit longer poles, than having too short ones ![]()
I suggest you look up Tora Berger hereon youtube. look at her poles, her technique suffers due to her short poles. Have fun on the snow folks !

It is the matter of discussion if the poles should be a little bit longer (3-5 cm). I used to race and the shorter poles dont need so much strenght, which is much more comfortable for me now.
