Sailing Holiday

I am just learning how to sail an old 22 by myself. I’m 53 and grew up on a much bigger boat and I always did what I was asked to do without explanation. Controlling the sails is hard. And my dad can’t tell me anymore when we’re out there.He basically just shifts and then I know. But I don’t know why. Never did and now I do. Bless you for your kind demeanor, your clear reminder of physics and your obvious enjoyment of the craft.

yes, I’ve enjoyed this particular set of the sailing videos and this instructor very much. He is clear speaking and a good instructor. I only wish I had an hour and a half long uninterrupted video, not these 1 & 2 minute clips. then again, I just wish I was out on a boat right now.

i like sailing small boats like 420’s . getting a boat like this is stupid. if you want a boat like this just get one with an engine.

Just started sailing last summer in a small dingy and I caught the wind and learned how to find it and get about. These are helpful as I’m thinking about trying a larger boat. Thanks.

This could be a much better series. Each video should be 10 minutes and then label each one like Part 1, Part 2, etc. The next part continues from the last one.

The way it is now there’s it’s too little and too much jumping around.

What you have is good. The explanation is good & video is good. You just could use better organization.

These movies I have seen from your school are crap. Not enough tuition. It’s like you have absolutely no idea how to teach. Tell them what your going to tell them. Tell them. And then tell them what you told them.
