OMG; How many of you think that Tuna is still alive when he pulls it from the water? LoL!!! You can see the tail kick slightly, because is hand is moving it. My God you ppl are gullible.

OMG! YOU should just shut the fuck up. You have no clue as to what you are talking about. The tuna’s tail kick is moving the angler’s hand. NOT the other way around.

yeah, i believe the catch is real… but, even for a long fight, with a tuna of that size it would seem that there would be more blood and flopping as the tuna was gaffed and brought aboard the kayak. i mentioned the size bcuz in my experiences after long fights larger tuna may die in battle often in “color” depts and the tuna may begin to circle toward the surface in a death spiral. in which case the tuna can surface tame and dieing for several minutes on the deck with little twitching kicks

Lucky you tail-wrapped him. Probably drowned on the way up. Otherwise, with the gaff in the tail like that, one flap of the tail fin and you’d be wearing that hook! Nice fish!!

tail wrapped…. pulling them up backwards usually kills them before they hit the deck.
